About
Rebuilding function, one nervous system at a time
Co-founders: Maura Malenchek, PTA and Erin Sandridge, DPT
Our story
As clinicians who have dedicated our careers to neurological rehabilitation, we created Prime Potential because we believe that the individuals we serve — stroke survivors rebuilding their lives, Parkinson's warriors fighting for every step, spinal cord injury patients defying every expectation — deserve more than a system built around productivity metrics and prior authorizations. We built this gym for you: a place where your therapist knows your name, your goals drive the program, and your recovery is never put on hold because a calendar flipped or a benefit maxed out.
Our approach
Our training philosophy is to meet the client were they are at and work as a team to build strength, functional mobility, and neuroplasticity by combining the latest research driven technology, intensity, and repetition to reach individual goals.
- Principle one — Maximize input with vibration, electrical stimulation, and repetition
- Principle two — Intensity, higher weight, more repetition, pushing past what the client can already do
- Principle three — Education, self-management, and building community are as important as the training itself.
